Graduate Visa

Applicants looking to apply under this category must have successfully completed a course in the UK. You need to have studied your course for at least 12 months or the full length of your course, whichever is shorter.

A Graduate Visa is valid for 2 years, or 3 years if you have a PhD or Doctorate. Courses include:

- Bachelor's Degree

- PhD

- Doctorate

- Master's Degree

- LPC or BPC in England and Wales

You must be in the UK when applying with a valid Tier 4 visa.

A decision is usually made within 8 weeks, applicants can remain in the UK under a decision has been made. Immigration Health Surcharge fee applies.
